Step 1:

All vendors must complete this pre-screen Google doc before registering.  It does not guarantee entry.**

Vendors are reviewed and approved by a committee so as not to create conflicts amongst other vendors and local businesses.

Vendors will be required to provide proof of insurance naming the OBEN Chamber as additional insured.

Food vendors must have proper health department permits.  (As of 2/6 we are no longer accepting outside food vendor applications.)

Arts & Crafts Vendor Booth Pricing includes 10’x10’ area for table/tent, exact location TBD.  Vendor must bring their own tent and table setup.

  • $200 for Non-Chamber members

Step 2:

Vendor will receive an email with feedback.  If accepted vendor will complete the registration process.

Step 3:

Send in payment. When payment is received vendor registration will be confirmed.

FEES AND PROOF OF INSURANCE MUST BE COLLECTED BEFORE THE EVENT

​All vendors must provide proof of general liability coverage in the amount of $1 million dollars per occurrence and must provide a certificate of insurance listing the Town of Oyster Bay as additional insured.  Certificate must be valid for the dates of the event.  We recommend having the certificate valid for a couple of days before and a couple of days after the event (Example: 10/14/21-10/18/21).
